Digital product delivery
StartupPaperworks products are digital products. Access is provided immediately after purchase is confirmed, through a secure download flow and/or purchase email.
Final sales
Because access is provided immediately after purchase, all sales are final except where required by applicable law. We generally do not issue refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, failure to read the product description, or lack of use after files have been delivered.
Access support
If you cannot access your files after a confirmed purchase, contact support with the email used at checkout and your order reference if available. We will help verify the order and restore access where appropriate.
