Affiliate Terms

Affiliates are independent promoters, not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of StartupPaperworks. You may not bind StartupPaperworks, make commitments on our behalf, or imply an employment or agency relationship.

A valid completed ₹499 StartupPaperworks Ultimate Startup Documents Bundle order earns a fixed ₹124.75. Commission is recorded only after our server-side fulfilment system verifies a paid order; checkout starts, unpaid orders, self-dealing, fraudulent activity, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, and invalid orders do not qualify.

Commission records may be reversed when an order later becomes invalid. We retain an auditable event history for each commission and make the current status visible in the affiliate portal.

You may submit a withdrawal request after at least 10 valid, completed, non-refunded sales and a corresponding available commission balance. At the current ₹499 product price, 10 valid sales equal ₹1,247.50 in commission, not ₹1,250.

Payouts are reviewed and processed manually. A request is not an approval or guarantee of payment. We may request reasonable identity, payment, tax, or compliance information before processing.

Use only accurate, current information about StartupPaperworks. Do not make false, deceptive, unlawful, guaranteed-income, legal, or product-result claims; impersonate StartupPaperworks; use spam; or bid on protected brand terms where prohibited. Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship where required by applicable law or platform rules.

You are responsible for your own taxes, invoices, payment details, advertising disclosures, permissions, and compliance obligations. StartupPaperworks does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. Consult a qualified professional for guidance relevant to you.

We may update, pause, block, or end the programme or an affiliate account for security, fraud prevention, policy, legal, or operational reasons. We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page.
